Unlike the travel power wheelchair models, these can be used on a more full-time mobility basis.  Components are relatively easy to disassemble and assemble for times of transporting the wheelchair in your vehicle, etc.

Powerbase Power Wheelchairs

Powerbase Power Wheelchairs provide more comfortable rides and have a wide arrange of options for suspension, seating, steering, etc. Typically very easy to operate and are some models over a very tight turning especially good for indoor use.  Transport via vans or lifts.

Heavy Duty Power Wheelchairs

Heavy Duty Power Wheelchairs are particularly useful for outdoor use.  Heavy Duty Powerchairs typically have larger wheels for smoothly handling most terrain you might encounter and come in front, rear and mid-wheel drive options.  Because these model have larger motors this allows for more power.  Transport via vans or lifts.
